This house has current on equipment grounding conductor and all connected metalic pathways. The biggest portion is from the AC & FAU circuits but the addtion of all circuits increase the Amps on the equipment grounding conductor. This is what the NEC classifies as objectionable current. It is usually the result of a netral and equipment ground connection at a location other than the main panel which is another NEC code violation.
