When you clamp the panel feed cables of Line 1, Line2 and the Neutral the AMP clamp should read 0.0 amps which means Zero net current. We are seeing .5 AMPs here. There should never be any continuous current on the panel ground cable. We are seeing .5 AMPs here. These are documentable code violations that create a fire, shock and health hazard.
These are most likely caused by neutral to ground connections in the circuits as I did not see any in the sub panel itself.
With the company of my EMF electrician I trace and fixe these problems and the fire. shock and magnetic field hazard goes away.
This can be fixed by a knowledgeable EMF electrician.
