Comcast grounded (green wire) their cable interface box to the clients water service supply pipe (WSSP) at the front of the house. There is .25 amps of AC current traveling from the point where the WSSP enters the house and the PGE service entrance which is about 30 feet away at the back of the house. This current creates a 2.5 mG magnetic field on the floor along a very long section of the water pipe under the house. The Comcast interface box and grounding connection should have been at the location of the PGE service entrance and bonded directly to the Service Entrance box.
The current does not travel on the WSSP as it goes into the earth. The current travels on the PGE service natural and the Comcast cable.
This current travels back to PGE via the service neutral at the service entrance at the main electric panel. The WSSP is apparently connected to the service panel via grounding electrode conductor bonding conductor for the current to flow back to PGE.
To break this current a Hi Pass filter was installed at the Comcast cable as it attaches to the clients house. This prevents the stray and undesirable AC current from Comcast from entering the clients metallic pathways an this stopped the magnetic fields along the floor.
When the Hi Pass filter was installed the magnetic field on the floor
dropped from 2.5 mG, Severe Concern to .2 mG which his No Concern.
There was a large power outage in the whole area just prior to this video and the current was still on the Comcast green ground wire although it was not as high.
