All circuits with a load on them should have equal hot and neutral current which will read as 0.0 amps on a clamp meter.
If circuit neutrals are connected to the neutrals of other circuits you will get a fairly large net current such as 2.5 or 4.5 amps as in this case.
When you see a lot of low level net currents like .04 to .02 amps it can indicate that there is one or two neutral to ground connections which are then putting current on all of the grounds since they are allowed to be interconnected between circuits.
These connections are wire code violations which create a fire, shock and magnetic field health hazard.
