The current homeowner states that a plumber built and wired this house. Please comment to me about the different types of NEC violations you can see here. Hint: there is more than one.
According to National Electric Code NEC section 300-3(b) Neutrals and Grounds can only be connected at the service entrance panel.
Other visible violations include connecting multiple conductors under one lug and the apparent bond of the neutral to ground bus bar. Since this is a sub panel circuit grounding conductors must be landed and luged at the ground bus bar.
This house has very high magnetic fields on two circuits running under the floor and across the house creating magnetic fields of 3.5 mG at waist level and 11.5 mG on the floor. These are in the Severe and 2X above the Extreme Concern level of Building Biology SBM (2015). One of the circuits has 1.85 amps of net current on it as measure with an amp clamp meter.
There may be additional violations at this house so I suggested to the owner that I trace and fix this problem with my EMF electrician as these violations are a fire, shock and health hazard.
